REGISTRATION OPENS NOVEMBER 1st, 2019 11am PST

Welcome to Integrated Dance Part 1! This 6-day intensive is designed to help you deepen your practice. Each day we will begin with mindfulness, cross-training exercises, dance technique and combinations. Each afternoon will include lectures on various subjects such as health, posture, and lifestyle design, as well as basic anatomy training and workshop labs. There is no exam for this part of the training.

The training will be held at Studio Datura located at 1847 E Burnside Street, Portland Oregon.

Please purchase mindfully, as there are no refunds. If signing up for the 2-part payment plan, second payment is due May 15th, 2020.

Once registered, students will be added to a Facebook group to connect with others in the same training.

PREPARATION:

This is truly an intensive experience. Students will be working hard physically and mentally throughout the intensive. We recommend that you train to be working out for 3-4 hours per day. Ashley and many other wonderful teachers offer classes on Datura Online and there is a special Integrated Dance Preparation Program available! Please be sure you arrive rested, nourished and ready to jump into dance and study.
